OS/Compiler notes: 

If I attempt to insert Kformula into a table cell, then Kword crashes. No backtrace \
was available. I can send the document.

To reproduce:

make a table of at least 2 columns and 2 rows.
Insert Kformula into one of the cells.
Kword crashes immediately upon clicking the Kformula (Sqrt) icon.
