Sometimes when I start a program from the commandline with kdesu it will pop up \
(after entering password ofcourse) and then imidately close down again. No error \
messages are reported on the console.

I've been testing with running "kcalc" and "konqueror" with kdesu like this:

bash-2.05$ kdesu -n -c kcalc
bash-2.05$ kdesu -c kcalc

bash-2.05$ kdesu n -c konqueror
bash-2.05$ kdesu -c konqueror

Sometimes it works great and sometimes not. It /seems/ to work right more often if I \
leave out the "-n" option, but that's very subjective as I have not counted anything.
