Subject:    Bug#45264: Changing kicker size requires 2xApply or Apply+Ok to take effect

If I try to change the size of kicker I need to either Apply the change twice or \
Apply and then Ok the change before it takes effect.

Here is what I do:

1) Right click on kicker and select "Configure Panel..."

2) Click on one of the sizes that you are not currently using (for this example use \
tiny).

3) Click the Apply button to activate the change imidiately.
Nothing will happen, the change does not take effect.

4) Click the OK button.
Now the change takes effect and the panel changes size to Tiny.

Ok, now lets change the panel size from tiny to Large. But we will do it different \
this time.

1) Right click on kicker and select "Configure Panel..."

2) Select the "Large" size.

3) Click the Apply button. 
Nothing happens.

4) Now select the Normal size and then imidiately after Select the Large size again.

5) Click the Apply button.
The change to large happens. The change gets applied the second time Apply is pressed \
in a row for the same size (Large in this case).

This problem manifests itself no matter what sizes you change to and from.

Let me know if you need more info or have trouble reproducing.

This is with KDE 3.1alpha1 (v. 3.0.6)
