As you can see, "old" does not mean it should be closed. Feel free to go 
through the bugs and suggest those which you think that should be closed 
(escpecially for khtml and konqueror). This makes only sense if you try to 
reproduce and see that the bug isn't there anymore. The fact that a bug is 
old doesn't say anything.

No, it's not - "marked as done" is part of a subject and doesn't mean 
anything to the bug tracking system.
