There's some inconsistensy regarding what counts as a "click" in KDE.

Some buttons and widgets accept only mouse-down+mouse-up over the widget as a click, \
but some things like tabs in Konqueror and Control Center register a click on \
mouse-down alone.

It would be nice if it could be configured.

3 modes seem relevant:

1) use the current KDE defaults - tabs click on mouse-down various other stuff click \
on down+up.

2) Anything clickable in KDE registers a click on mouse-down only.

3) Anything clickable in KDE registers a click on mouse-down+mouse-up only.

Maybe even a fourth option where you can select what counts as a click for all the \
different widget types would be nice as well, but options 1, 2 & 3 as a minimum would \
be nice.
