When you change some setting through the KDE Control Center and then Click the Apply \
button to activate the change, the Apply button stays active.

The Apply button should "grey out" when clicked to indicate that there are no new \
changes to be applied - then as soon as a change is made it should become active \
again to indicate that new changes that can be applied have been made.
