Ok thats a known problem.

If you copy and pase a file in the same dir and edit one of them you edit 
both. That becasue the both links have the same file in the background so u 
actally edit always the same file.
A work around is to create always a new item where the new item must not have 
a name of an old one.

BTW: OpenOffcice should crate its shourtcuts by itself... :-)
