I have this problem too, as does my French translator. This bug CAUSES THE
LINK TO FAIL sometimes.

- You're on a help page with no scrollbars. ( Go fullscreen if needed )

- Click the Next link

- As soon as the mouse button is pressed, the page is refreshed / redrawn.

- Scrollbars are displayed during the refresh. The page ( not the viewport )
becomes wider, and the link shifts to a new location. ( NOTE: Hold down the
mouse button at this point to see the effects best )

- When this happens, the widget seems to detect that the mouse is now left of
the original click point, and a drag selection begins. Thus, the left click
goes unregistered.

Note that this behavior is not consistant. Sometimes the click does get
registered. IMHO, the best way to squash this bug is to remove the page
refresh that occurs when the left mouse button is pressed.
