Hi

Thats a problematic thing. The KDE menu is parted in an global and a user 
part. It is not logical to exort "what a users sees" to a file or something 
because on the next machine u'll run into trouble setting the menu up.
A possibility would be to take alle the entries from $KDEDIR/share/appslnk and 
$HOME/.kde/share/appslnk
