OS/Compiler notes: 

Yesterday, my KDE crashed when I closed it. The "save session" box was checked, the \
screen got black and nothing happened. It was a total lockup, the only resolution was \
the reset button. On the next start, all Kmail settings were lost, Filters, accounts, \
everything.

The same thing happened some time ago with KDE 2.2.2.

BTW, my Filesystem is ReiserFS.
