Bloatzilla and Nutscape (and probably M$IE, but I can't test that) accept 
it without the newwin.document.{open,close}() - I actually found this 
used on some real websites.

We should probably add a workaround for this breakage, doesn't seem to be 
too uncommon because the other browsers don't complain.
