Package: khtml
Version: KDE 2.9.0 7 (3.0 rc1)
Severity: normal
Installed from: compiled sources
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release) [FreeBSD]
OS: FreeBSD (i386) release 4.5-RELEASE
OS/Compiler notes:

First off,typing this message
has been a royal pain. In any text box,
typing space causes the entire page to jump scroll, usually to the bottom but not \
always.

Additionally, on there is also the occasional
jump after typing the first character into a text field for the point to jump back \
before the first character in the box. This only happens in conjunction with the \
scroll jump as described above.

Example.

If I was to type "bar" into a text box,
it might come out "arb" as the point jumps back to the beginnining of the line after \
the 'b' is typed.

I am compiling against qt-x11-commercial-3.0.2 on FreeBSD 4.5 with gcc 2.95.3.
