Unfortunately, KHelpCenter is throwing away all those nice wonderful hints about how to format a document. Gone are the bolding and italics that are standard practise in man. These visual hints really help when reading documentation. Recommendation: There are two possible solutions to this problem: 1) groff already knows how to spit out HTML man pages. You could use it. 2) make KHelpCenter interpret the .I and .B tags to format the document correctly.
