Most menu items you're refering to aren't existing anymore, but 
I just checked the remaining ones have key accels :)

Problems with the short cut-key 'ALT-S' in KDE Help - used by three functions:
-> _S_ettings in the main menue
-> _S_earch in the search button of keywords field
-> _S_ort in the button description of the sort function

No access to the tabs by a short-cut key
-> no short-cut key for the 'Search tab' and 'Contents tab'

No access to 'Method' on the Search tab by a short-cut key
