Kbiff in autostart reports unread mail in the panel (docked). When setting up kmail \
to retrieve using "local account" (kmail/settings/configure kmail/incoming mail/(add \
or modify) location is set to /var/mail/root, procmail lock is set to \
var/mail/root.lock. Kmail does not display the waiting mail. PINE shows mail and \
displays mail correctly, but kmail shows nothing.
