Xinerama unified desktop with Matrox G550; 1600x1200 on both screens, though 2nd \
screen seems set at 1280x1024. Following also applies to Staroffice. Document appears \
double wide.For a U.S. letter, active area is approximately square. Browsers, \
Netscape, & KDE environment are normal; it is only some editors, and one popup of \
indeterminate origin that are affected. Apparently, the application misinterprets \
info about the aspect ratio of the screen.
