BTW, this is not my own machine; I'm forwarding this.

I'm not sure whether it's reproducible, but here are the details:
Playing in expert mode, an incorrectly marked space (that didn't contain a mine) \
directly above the mine that killed the player was not crossed out when the game \
ended.
