	This bug is forwarded from the Debian BTS, as it was filed on
	a Debian package.
	The original bug report can be seen at http://bugs.debian.org/120123.
	As far as I know, it is not a duplicate of any existing bug.
	If it is, I will pick this up and merge within the next 12 hours;
	Otherwise, please merge yourself.

When I view several JPEG images (2048x1536 pixels, 1 MB), like a slide show, 
it takes 8 seconds from when I click &quot;next image&quot; before it actually shows 
the next image. This is not acceptable. With kview 2.1.1 it was only 3 
seconds.
