I see the following rendering (current nightly):

a)  The anchor with no href is default document color on default
    background
b)  The anchor with id="tim2" is displayed as green on white, and goes
    to lime on navy when hovered
c)  The anchor pointing to "yoursite.org" is red on black and goes to
    orange on green when hovered.
d)  The anchor pointing to "#" is the same as (c) until you click it,
    and gray with no underline until hovered afterward.

This seems to match what you're seeing with Konqueror, no?
