I do not really want to enter my password every time I receive/sent
an encrypted mail. And I don't know how to tell gpg that it should
use the password that is kept in memory by kmail ...

I have to admit that I do not think so. Probably many people don't
think about this issue, but what happens if you maybe forgot your
passphrase? Or a key is revoked, too old, etc. The mails are
undecryptable in this case which cannot be the solution.
