Well, I'm SO ashamed of myself right now... I originally filed this
bug over a month ago, and I only right now realize that the bug never
actually existed: I only had faulty settings. Accept cookies and
everything works just fine. I am perfectly able to log in to both
mentioned webmail services now. This bug should be closed and I
should call myself an idiot. Several times.
