Your message with subj: KDE bug report logs - #30617 https pages are saved to cache

Fixed, text/html received over SSL is no longer saved to the cache. It should
be noted that it is primarily the responsibility of a web-site to add a
"No-Cache" hint to pages containing sensitive-data.

Cheers,
Waldo

Subject: https pages are saved to cache
From: mroos@linux.ee

Package: kio-http
Version: tundmatu (using KDE 2.1.2 )
Severity: normal
Installed from: Debian Package 4:2.1.2-0.potato1 (2.2)
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 20000220 (Debian GNU/Linux)
OS: Linux 2.4.4 i686
OS/Compiler notes:

HTTPS pages are saved to disk cache as plaintext. This is often unacceptable, I don't \
want to have this data to even go to hard disk (except swap _maybe_ - this is \
unrelated prblem).
