when I tried to move the mouse over the Kpanel, the icon becomes larger. But when i \
move the mouse pointer really fast and move the mouse away from the kpanel, the panel \
still refreshing the icons. 

I suggest that we has to increase the time delay for the mouse before making the icon \
larger and not to buffer the mouse movement. If the mouse stays on the panel for \
certain no of seconds, then we display the icon larger.
