Which version of gcc, and with which version of libstdc++ ?

typedef std::auto_ptr<ElementIndex> ElementIndexPtr;

Given that <memory> is included previously, std::auto_ptr should be known.
Does it help if you move this typedef to the end of this file 
(after }; and before KFORMULA_NAMESPACE_END) ?
