Hello,

I've setup kde to restore the volumes on login, and this works well.
But opening a new konsole does it too, and I think that's unnecessary.
OK, it's a login, but not _THE_ login. 
It's stressy for people doing some recording, because they change their 
volumes often and don't want them restored with every konsole.
