I'm sorry, I have no other ideas. I could only advise you to look on-line for the \
error of "Failure adding assembly <XXX> to the cache: Strong name cannot be \
verified for delay-signed assembly". About CMake, I have no idea how to make it sign \
the assemblies - actually, I usually have no idea how to make CMake work at all, and \
avoid it whenever possible.

the "sn" tool is installed but this doesn't helping me. I'm still getting these \
errors. Why not cmake script does the signing for me. How can I do it manually. I've \
tried sn -Vr *.dll but this doesn't works; I want the have these dlls system-wide \
available. What is the correct way?
