Probably not.  It turns out that we're okay here in the legal sense.   
Since our Ruby code would be released with source, we'll just GPL it  
anyway.  The main issue I was considered about was linking our GPLd  
code with a commercial version of Qt, but it turns out the QPL allows  
for this very thing (according to Trolltech's site).  So I think  
we're in the clear.
