That happened accidently. They should have been moved
/uploaded there. I will fix that as soon as I upload 
the missing HiColor-icons (tomorrow evening).

window_list.xpm should already be found in 

kdebase/kpanel/pics/

midi2.xpm and shell_script.xpm were removed 
because of style-inconsistency/lack of smaller producable
versions.
