I'll need the details on the requirements (filesize, resolution etc) asumming it will be shrink

You could consider adding them to kde-look.org, that way they'll become 
available for everybody to install very easily.

As to including them in the default set of wallpapers we ship: We tend to be 
very conservative, as it can quickly blow package size out of proportion. It 
would be good to be able to see which pictures you have in mind, so the artist 
team can judge suitability for including them (which would be a first step).
