Heya, managers of usable beauty and art,

Calligra needs you!

E.g. Words & Author are going to be usable this year (have to, so why not this 
year ;)), but middle in the UI there are still two icons always sticking into 
the eyes, the ones for the areas "References" and "Page layout". See e.g.

Can you help out and fix this?

There are other places with missing icons as well, but having good ones for 
these would make quite some people happy already!
