Reassigning to the Konqueror devs.

KDE 4 icon themes, including Oxygen, provide icons named format-font-size-less and \
format-font-size-more. Those should be used for the "increase/decrease font sizes" actions, \
while real "zoom in"/"zoom out" actions (zooming images as well as fonts) should use the \
zoom-in and zoom-out icons. \
