Contains many errors. I don't know how many as I only checked for the
arrow icons used in the Standard Actions.

Unfortunately, these lists were done backwards. I don't know how much
useful information can be extracted from it. Originally, this was just
a "punch list" but I see that now it contains some KDE3 names as well as
some remove status.

It was very important to fully document this. What would have been easy
at the time, is going to be very difficult after the fact.
