Hi,

I made a mimetype svg oxgygen icon for the disk archive mimetype, 
application-x-dar. I took the "D" from the DEB icon and put it in place of 
the "R" from the RAR icon, then changed the color. How do I go about getting 
comments, and submitting it for KDE4 oxygen? Is this the appropriate list?
