Greetings KDE artists,

I did some cleanup work on the 48x48 px link_overlay.png icon... I was never 
happy with the current 48x48 icon (I rendered it initally from the SVG, but 
that looks unsharp).

If my attached version is generally accepted, could someone with SVN access 
please upload this version?
