Since I am advocating this, I went ahead and made the: "personal_folder" 
icons in CrystalSVG, KDEClassic, & [JRT]HiColor.

The KDEClassic is missing 22x22 because we don't have a 22x22 icon: 
"folder". :-(  I will work on that.

The KDEClassic contains the corrected "folder" icon in the other three 
sizes.

The [JRT]HiColor also contains the "personal" icon.  I don't have the 
source for "default2" so there are no SVG files.

Comments please.  Is the Crystal style too blue?
