I have updated my tarball of the KOffice App icons to include the new 
KPlato icons:

This includes HiColor KPlato 16x16, 22x22, 32x32, and 48x48 that are 
hand optimized and a SVG icon.

I would appreciate it if the appropriate person would commit these.
