Yes, although the actual name of the theme might be different. I think
that there is interest in not only a HighContrast theme, but perhaps
also a ColorBlind theme, or a 4Color theme, etc.

Yes, this stuff will have to be coordinated in some ways with the GNOME
theme, although I think that we should not waste any time trying to put
square pegs in round holes.
