I was not wanting to create a debate, my guess when I posted about this 
version of Nuvola to kde-artists was to let KDE people there was a theme 
almost complete, well-done and professional looking that maybe should 
find a place into kdeartworks or kdeextras.

About the other things like crystal/kde mantainment, I think CrystalSVG 
is an Everaldo theme, and like any other designer he do what he wants 
with it's creation, but then crystal/kde has becomed somthing less 
"owned" by Everaldo and more by KDE.
So, in my opinion there should be someone that have time to be a sort of 
coordinator for KDE icons, guidelines and palette references to help 
contributors creating consistent icons. All this in the name of the 
quality of the KDE look'n'feel.
