It's a well made icon but in my opinion a .torrent icon should use a
varient on the bittorrent logo as seen at
http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/ rather than yet more abstract
arrows which too many icons suffer from.

It's a mime type icon as he says, for .torrent files.
