Not having the sources is causing a lot of problems. At the moment kde is very 
lenient. It would be good to set a stronger rule. Of course, rules are 
broken, if applicable. But now it is an anything goes situation. Formulating 
something like: "As a rule, kde only excepts Crystal SVG contributions if the 
corresponding SVG files are included.", may make it clear the sources should 
be included. Especially with new icons.
