I made them by modifying folder.png and folder_open.png.  The colours
don't quite match the existing icons but it's a lot better than
nothing which is what we've had for the last 5 months when it was
promised they would be back soon.  

I did this today in the hope that they'd be in for 3.2.1, they're used
by Umbrello and probably other places.

I'm making other changes, filling in missing PNG icons where we have
sources and removing duplicates/unused ones.  I'll probably also move
app SVG icons to kdebase since that's where the rest of the app icons
are.

Please keep an eye on me to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid.
