Hi,

I've got version 0.33 of Sodipodi and if you go to / Dialogs / Document 
/  from the menu you can set the document size in 'points' which is 
equal to pixels.

So if you set your document to 128 x 128 points that will be equal to 
128 x 128 pixels.
