-- This change was basically done to reflect the low color pallet as 
best as possible, some of the darker colors are not available in the 
low color pallet.

In response to: 2) Presentation: Even though I prefer the borders of 
the hi-color at the largest size shown, the SVG version scales down 
more appropriately.  The 32X32 and 16X16 are more balanced to me for 
the SVG set.

I think i'll recreate my icon set again later in SVG format, and make 
slight modifications like you have suggested along with my own.
