they look more similar because they are closer together, i suppose. removing 
the Reply All button is still a good idea IMHO as it does decrease the number 
of buttons over all, and it isn't like it looks all the different from the 
other three anyways. 

things that might help: putting a bit more space between the three buttons; 
changing the colour of the arrows on the buttons to give a colour clue (not 
so good for some types of colour blindness, of course); making the arrows 
more prominant ... this is really something for the artists i suppose...

the Check Mail button is incorrect. it should have a "Check in all" entry. if 
the menu opens up, you have no way to select the action of the button; and if 
it isn't in the menu it may not be apparent that this option is actually 
available if the user looks to the menu for guidance. Konqi's buttons get it 
right...

thanks for working patiently on this one... i know there's been a lot of 
discussion about it... i think all your users will thank you when it's done 
properly though =)
