Hi, I think you quoted antialias, right (not me)?

Anyway, I will try to answer.
Sodipodi uses (in particular) cross-referencing for defining gradients.
AFAIK KSVG can't handle such things.

I don't know what kind of code uses antialias, so I will refer to my 'Undo' 
icon.
there is a
  fill:url(#linearGradient268)
for the path,
   id="linearGradient268"  refers to  xlink:href="#id0"
KSVG can't handle it.
Pls check attached SVG example, and rendering for that SVG file by KSVG and 
RSVG.
Hopefully, librsvg canhandle such constructions (which are *valid* XML files, 
BTW!)
