You're right. It can be solved by:
1. changing position from right to left or
2. making handles a little bit shorter.

Usability. Toolbar buttons are not highlighted unless you move the mouse
cursor over them. up/forward/back buttons are most used buttons when you
browse and they have to be more visible than other toolbar buttons. There=
are
some people who are color-blind and all toolbar buttons are grey to them.
Tackat probably thought also about these people when he created the circl=
es.

I agree. IMHO dropshadow on 16x16 icons is too much. 16x16 pixels is so
little space that it is vaste of space to create drop shadow. When creat=
ing
16x16 icons all space has to be used for icon. But, that's my opinion an=
d I
don't make decisions about default icon set.

You can disable animated icons in Kcontrol. I do.
Animated icon set is not finished yet and when you, for example, have 64x=
64
icons in your file manager then folder icon becames smaller and animated
which gives funny (an not nice) effect.
