BSD license means that you, as th= e=20 author of the artwork, give permission to all (also proprietary companies= ) to=20 use you artwork without paying you for your artwork. They can earn money=20 using your hard work, and you don't get a shit. I use GPL for my icons, and I don't want them to be a part of KDE libs, I= =20 release them on kde-look.org so users (and not companies) can freely use = it.=20 Of course, when I release my set of icons for KDE I am going to modify th= e=20 GPL license and grant permission to all Linux distros which provides ISO=20 files for free downloads.
