Does this need some extra options when configuring qt-copy and kde
like --system-libmng or something?
I had this configure option: -plugin-imgfmt-mng, and I'm wondering if this was enough to enable animated mng's?

Hello there,
I wondered if it is theoretically posibbel to create animated icons for
KDE? Would be great (if it does not take too much space/cpu).

See this thread.

Part of the patch has already gone in, the rest should be going in soon AFAIK.
