It looks very nice! Especially the "reflecting shades" look very slick (hope 
you won't have an issue with me using these in the "hicolor"-icon-set, too).

Personally I think you liked the color "blue" a little bit too much, though

Well - you are aware of the fact that your iconthemes are quite different 
stylewise? IKons is rather cartoonish/in the style of Windows (XP) while 
Everaldo is rather going for something in the spirit of Mac OS X.
