What's completely missing is updated artwork for KDE 3.0 rc/release:

 - kdelibs/hicolor/hi16-action-filesaveas.png
 - kdebase/kicker/data/kmenu_side/kside.png
 - kdebase/kpersonalizer/pics/step3.png
 - kdebase/ksplash/pics/ 
    Preferable showing KDE version number and if you show Konqui
    then please give him dragon teeth and not rabbit teeth! :-)

You need no karma for developer.kde.org module, only a cvs-account afaik.
